Returns

You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused and in the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging
Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery
Perishable goods
Downloadable software or digital products
Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return

Once your return is approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return address.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund after 7 business days, please:

Contact your credit card company — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at the details below.

Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (wrong item sent, defective product, etc.). Shipping costs are non-refundable.
